Another, slightly different approach to a new heating system with the Global Carefree Package
The basic idea for heat supply is quite simple: to completely relieve the customer/user of all administrative and organisational duties which belong to the heating system or energy supply.
Basis for this ‘Contracting’ is an agreement for heat supply. The contractor/heat supplier bears all investment costs and supplies energy at a price which comprises fuel and operation costs including the expenses for maintenance, repairs, service and fault-clearing for a contractually agreed period of time. Qualified crafts enterprises in the local area of customer will install a tailor-made energy production system adjusted to customer’s needs.
The advantages for the owner and user are obvious:
1. no high initial investment costs
2. the financial leeway is maintained
3. no administrative work – only one contact person
4. higher security of supply due to remote system monitoring and fault-clearing service
round the clock
Contracting represents a suitable option for many fields, e.g. housing industry, the industrial area in general, trade, non-profit institutions (hospitals / homes) and local authorities.
Within the scope of contracting it is also possible to take over existing units which have not yet reached the end of their technical service life.
Other services, e.g. charging of usage costs in accordance with heating regulations directly to the tenants, are of course also possible in the framework of contracting.
Last but not least, the change-over to the use of regenerative energies as well as the contracting of steam and refrigerating plants is also possible.
